Due to scheduled system upgrades, the eAccess and ePasswordReset systems will be unavailable this weekend.
The outage is scheduled to begin Saturday, Feb. 13, at 4 p.m. EST and conclude Sunday, Feb. 14, at 11 a.m. EST.
During the down time, users will be unable to access the eAccess system. Any requests pending in eAccess when the outage begins will be processed once the system comes back online.
Users will also be unable to conduct password resets using the ePasswordReset system.
