Feeling stressed at work? USPS has advice: Eat, move and relax.

The Postal Service recently introduced a page on LiteBlue to help employees focus on their well-being year-round.

The page notes that eating healthy, light exercise and relaxation can help employees get the most out of their work day.

Here are some tips:

  • Skip fast foods and bring healthy, homemade lunches to work. Drink water and herbal tea instead of soft drinks.
  • Take a short walk once every 2 hours. When possible, take the stairs instead of the elevator.
  • If possible, listen to soft music while working. Get up from your desk and stretch twice a day for about 10 minutes. Instead of eating lunch at your desk, go to a common area with co-workers. Take time to sit in a quiet area for at least 5 minutes.
  • Know your body’s health numbers when managing your overall health

The Wellness page has additional tips and webinars on how to be healthier.
