USPS employees aren’t just #PostalProud. They’re also #PostalCreative.

Learning and Development recently held a contest in which employees designed posters that reflect #PostalProud, an ongoing initiative to promote core USPS principles.

Employee Resource Management leaders judged the contest, choosing two winners.

The Delivery Bar Code Sorter training team submitted the first winning entry, which features the slogan, “#PostalProud Students — It can get pretty bright with all those light bulbs coming on!”

The second winning entry — from a National Center for Employee Development support services team — shows a classroom and the slogan, “Learning today … leading tomorrow.”

Honorable mentions include Sr. Instructional Design Specialist Yvette Kalkay, who submitted two designs. The first poster shows a cautious employee under a “Safety Starts With Me” headline, while the second depicts an employee choosing solutions over problems in a workplace setting.

“Every submission demonstrates a clear passion for learning, development and the Postal Service,” said Learning and Development Director Susan McKeen. “It’s encouraging to see employees continuing to embrace #PostalProud and display their enthusiasm and pride in they work they perform for USPS.”
