Scanning scorecard

Western, Dakotas extend leads

Scanning

The Postal Service’s national scanning rating was 97.65 percent during the week ending Nov. 11, up from the previous week.

Thirty-eight districts and three areas met or exceeded the national average.

Dakotas (98.85 percent) finished first among the districts for the eighth consecutive week, while Western (98.08 percent) led the areas for the fifth week in a row.

Scanning allows customers to track their packages and other mail. It also helps the Postal Service improve efficiency and network management.

Scores and standings change continually.

To see the latest results, go to the Enterprise Analytics site and use the menu on the left side to select “Scanning” and then “DES 2 — Scan Performance” from the drop-down options.
