Postal Service employees made a special delivery to the “Today” show this week to promote the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC).

To help mark Giving Tuesday, a single-day international charity drive, Triboro and New York district employees joined other federal workers to display Show Some Love signage in the crowd that gathers outside the NBC show’s studio.

Employees nabbed a prime spot and could be seen holding the signs and sporting CFC T-shirts behind the show’s hosts.

“I am proud to be part of something larger than myself, even larger than the Postal Service,” said Triboro District Marketing Manager Roxanne Hosein, who participated in the event.

“I know that collectively we make a difference to our community, the country and causes around the world.”

New York District Customer Relations Coordinator Dianne Jones, who also participated, said the “Show Some Love” theme is “so rewarding, especially during the holidays, because it brings federal workers together for one cause.”

Employees have until Dec. 15 to support a participating CFC charity through a one-time donation or ongoing payroll deductions.

More than 18,000 charitable organizations are participating.

Contact your local campaign manager or check the CFC LiteBlue site for a list of charities.
