Take it with you. The Postal Bulletin’s latest edition highlights Premium Forwarding Service Residential, which allows customers to forward mail temporarily to another address for as long as one year.
The April 27 issue also includes a report on recent changes to customer experience surveys and a fraud alert listing invalid USPS corporate account numbers.
New look. The CyberSafe at USPS team has updated the training information on its Blue page.
The improvements include:
- Easy-to-read tiles: Eight courses are now showcased using tiles with colorful images and text that describe each course and its purpose.
- Smoother navigation: When clicking on the training tiles, users will be automatically directed to a detailed description of the training, including course numbers and objectives, subject matter and the target audience.
- Downloadable one-pagers: The page offers Strategic Training Initiative, Business System Owner and Payment Card Industry overview PDFs that list available courses, course objectives, target audiences and enrollment and completion dates. These PDFs can be downloaded and saved to your device.
