Storey to lead Employee Resource Management

Simon Storey has been appointed vice president of Employee Resource Management.

Simon Storey has been appointed vice president of Employee Resource Management, a role he has filled on an acting basis since February.

Storey is responsible for directing USPS talent acquisition, diversity, organizational design, workforce planning, injury compensation and medical and safety programs.

Additionally, Storey oversees management of the Human Resources Shared Service Center.

Storey, whose appointment took effect June 10, is a U.S. Army veteran and has 25 years of Postal Service experience, including 18 years in human resources. He most recently served as Western Area’s human resources manager.

Storey began his USPS career as a part-time flexible employee in Billings, MT.
