Informed Delivery allows users to digitally preview their incoming mail and manage packages that will arrive soon.

You’ve heard about Informed Delivery, but how much do you really know about it?

The Postal Service offers multiple resources to help employees learn about the free feature that allows users to interact with incoming mail and manage packages.

The resources include:

• Websites. USPS offers Informed Delivery sites on Blue and LiteBlue. Additional information is available on usps.com, including FAQs.

• Online course. Employees can take Introduction to Informed Delivery 101, an optional course through the Learning Management System. The course number is 10026830.

• Hard copy materials. Stand-up talks and other information was recently sent to managers and supervisors. In November, Post Offices and plants will receive additional materials, including stand-up talks, posters and a letter from Postal Service leaders encouraging employees to sign up for Informed Delivery.

Employees can sign up for the feature at informeddelivery.usps.com. Sign-up is voluntary and must be completed off the clock.
