Postal Service employees are stepping into the spotlight this holiday season, appearing in the news media to discuss the organization’s efforts to deliver customers’ mail and packages.
“This is what we look forward to every year,” Greensboro, NC, Sr. Plant Manager Jason Dechambeau told WFMY, the local CBS station. “It is different, and even though it is challenging … it is exciting for us.”
News outlets are also giving a behind-the-scenes look at USPS processing and distribution centers, where employees like Boise, ID, Sr. Plant Manager Teren Hicks and Reno, NV, Sr. Plant Manager Jason McMahill are discussing holiday volumes and mailing deadlines.

“We got some of the best employees around,” San Antonio Sr. Plant Manager Dennis Stasa told KSAT, the local ABC station. “They want to do a great job for you because this is our time of year.”
