Open season survey underway

USPS wants to know what employees thought of the 2017 open season campaign.

How did you feel about the information and resources the Postal Service provided during last year’s open season benefits enrollment period?

Human Resources is inviting employees to share their feedback through a new online survey.

The feedback will help USPS improve how and where employees receive health benefits information. The findings also will be used to improve future open season campaigns.

Although open season ended recently, employees can make changes to their health coverage at any time if they experience a “qualifying life event,” such as a marriage, divorce or birth of a child.

Employees can use the Benefits LiteBlue page throughout the year to access benefits information and resources.
