The Postal Service is continuing to roll out its ContinYOUous Learning initiative, a program to help Executive and Administrative Schedule (EAS) employees see every experience as a learning opportunity.

The initiative highlights self-paced learning activities using podcasts, articles, courses, books and other resources.

“The Postal Service gives every employee opportunities to grow and develop professionally,” said Learning and Development Director Susan McKeen. “We are providing our workforce with more accessible, convenient and flexible learning opportunities.”

Through the initiative, USPS is encouraging EAS employees to use all available resources, attend a networking event, find a mentor and join or initiate book clubs to further their growth.

A list of additional ContinYOUous Learning resources is available on the Career Development Blue page.
