Would you ever share your banking personal identification number with another person?
Your answer should be “no.”
The Postal Service wants you to take the same care with your USPS login ID and password. Never share them with others, even trusted colleagues.
Your access to Postal Service information and systems is tailored to you, and sharing that access puts yourself and the organization at risk.
If you believe your password has been disclosed or compromised, change it immediately and report the incident to CyberSafe@usps.gov.
As stewards of USPS information, employees have a responsibility to protect the data entrusted to them. This is critical to ensuring the public’s continued trust.
