The Postal Communicator’s Toolbox can be accessed from a variety of devices.

New tools. USPS has added new material to the Postal Communicator’s Toolbox, a Blue page that managers can use to help them discuss the organization with employees, customers, journalists and others.

The additions include fact sheets and talking points on recent price changes, USPS Board of Governors nominations, illicit drugs in the mail and other topics.

Corporate Communications manages the Toolbox, which was introduced last year and is regularly updated. In addition to fact sheets and talking points, the site offers customizable speeches, templates and logos, videos and links to useful sites.

Managers can select the site’s “Topics Overview” heading to learn how to effectively communicate messaging on the Postal Service’s business.

Postal Bulletin. The Postal Bulletin’s Feb. 28 issue features an overview of Operation Protect Veterans, a national campaign to raise awareness of vet-related scams and fraud schemes.

The publication also features the latest updates to policies, procedures and forms.
