The Postal Service honored several business customers at this year’s National Postal Forum (NPF) in Indianapolis.
FCA US, TracFone Wireless Inc. and AT&T each received Informed Innovation Awards for their creative efforts using USPS technology, while Royal Alliances, Pitney Bowes and Intelisent were each recognized with Data Driven Excellence Awards for using the Informed Visibility platform to improve customers’ experiences.
Additionally, Frederick Yocum and the Standard Group were honored with the Next Generation Campaign Grand Champion Award for their ability to create exceptional and innovative mail campaigns.
The organization also presented USPS Area Awards, which are given to recipients in each of the Postal Service’s seven geographic areas.
These awards are available in two categories: Mailing and Digital Innovation Awards, which recognize customers who demonstrate creativity and find new methods to use mail, and Shipping and eCommerce Innovation Awards, which honor customers who implement new technologies to drive package volumes.
The Mailing and Digital Innovation Award honorees are:
- Security Finance (Capital Metro)
- Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa (Eastern)
- Vera Bradley (Great Lakes)
- Yankee Candle (Northeast)
- Lakeshore Learning Materials (Pacific)
- BBVA Compass (Southern)
- Deluxe Corp. (Western)
The Shipping and eCommerce Innovation Award honorees are:
- Marleylilly (Capital Metro)
- GNC (Eastern)
- Vital Proteins (Great Lakes)
- Warby Parker (Northeast)
- Shippo (Pacific)
- Academy Sports and Outdoors (Southern)
- Target (Western)
