The Postal Service is highlighting employees who meet their customers’ needs in the latest #PostalProud initiative.

Beyond the Blue, which launched July 1, features employees discussing who their customers are and how they serve them.

In one post, Beverly Alexander, a Greenville, SC, retail associate, says she gets “a great feeling” from supporting her customers’ needs.

“I know my customers have several mailing options, and I thank them for allowing me to serve them each day,” she says.

Beyond the Blue, part of the organization’s broader efforts to empower and engage employees and deliver world-class customer experiences, is the final #PostalProud initiative slated for this fiscal year.

Previous initiatives featured employees sharing their team contributions, their pride in their work and their peak season efforts.

The employee spotlights are delivered each weekday and shared through multiple communication channels, including Postal Vision video monitors inside USPS facilities and the Lead to Win newsletter.

The Beyond the Blue spotlights are also posted on a LiteBlue page.
