New commissioners. Ann C. Fisher and Ashley E. Poling were sworn in last week as members of the Postal Regulatory Commission, an independent federal agency that provides regulatory oversight of USPS.

The commission’s Aug. 8 news release has more information.

The 3-ounce stamp, part of the Literary Arts series, will be dedicated that day during a ceremony in Huntington Station, NY.
