A fair to remember. Postal Service employees can view video highlights from “Welcome to the New Cyber Frontier,” the organization’s recent cybersecurity awareness fair.

The highlights include presentations from corporate and academic cybersecurity leaders, including representatives from Verizon, Domino’s and the University of California at Berkeley.

Employees can also download tips, guidelines and other materials from the event, which was held Oct. 10 at USPS headquarters in Washington, DC.

The CyberSafe at USPS Blue page has the video highlights and downloadable materials.

Safe packages. The Postal Bulletin’s Nov. 21 issue features an overview of Hazmat Awareness Month, including tips to avoid inadvertently allowing unsafe packages to enter the mailstream.

The latest updates to policies, forms and procedures are also included.

Southern style. USPS recently mailed Southern Area Update’s latest issue to employees in the area.

The newsletter, which is also available on Blue and LiteBlue, features articles on local stamp dedication ceremonies, promoting business opportunities, career conferences and other topics.

Let the Healing begin. The Healing PTSD semipostal stamp will be released Monday, Dec. 2, the Postal Service announced this week.

The stamp will be dedicated that day during a ceremony in Charlotte, NC.
