Cancer prevention webinar

Session to be held Jan. 10

The Jan. 10 webinar will show participants how to avoid some common cancers.

Postal Service employees can participate in “It’s Go Time,” a webinar on lifestyle changes that can help reduce the risk of colon cancer, breast cancer and cervical cancer.

A representative from GEHA, a not-for-profit provider of health plans for federal employees, will lead the session, which will be held Monday, Jan. 10, at noon EST.

An oncology nurse consultant and a representative from the American Cancer Society will also speak.

Participants must register before the event on the webinar website.

After signing up, directions for accessing the webinar will be emailed to each registrant.

Following the webinar, every registrant will receive a link to an archived recording of the webinar, along with the slides.

Participation is voluntary. Nonexempt employees may only participate off the clock or during authorized breaks.
