Postal Service employees can participate in an upcoming webinar to learn about reducing your risk for heart disease and ways to improve your overall heart health through healthy lifestyle choices.
The session, “Love Your Heart,” will be held Monday, Feb. 21, at noon EST.
Dr. Jared Dirks, medical director for GEHA, a not-for-profit provider of health plans for federal employees, and other members of the organization’s medical team will share tips.
Participants must register before the event on the webinar website. After signing up, directions will be emailed to each registrant.
Following the session, every registrant will receive an email with a link to an archived recording, along with the slides shown.
Participation is voluntary. Nonexempt employees may only participate off the clock or during authorized breaks.
