Less stress, please

Webinar series runs through July

The webinar series will offer ways to identify and manage stress to live a more balanced life.

Postal Service employees can participate in a four-part stress management webinar series to learn techniques to manage stress.

Blue Cross Blue Shield and the Virginia Hospital Center will conduct the webinars, which will be held from April through July and offer ways to identify and manage stress to live a more balanced life.

Here’s an overview of the webinars and when they’ll be offered (all times are Eastern). Select the session title to access the registration website:

• “Understanding Your Stress Triggers,” Thursday, April 7, 12-12:30 p.m.

• “Improve Your Stress Resiliency,” Thursday, May 5, 12-12:30 p.m.

• “Make Self-Compassion Part of Your Daily Routine,” Thursday, June 9, 12-12:30 p.m.

• “Develop Calming Strategies,” Thursday, July 7, 12-12:30 p.m.

Participants must register before the events. After signing up, directions will be emailed to each registrant.

Following each webinar, registrants will receive an email with a link to a recording of it.

Participation is voluntary. Nonexempt employees may only participate off the clock or during authorized breaks.
