Set up password recovery settings in eAccess

Recovery security questions help USPS to verify users when they forget their passwords or usernames and their accounts become locked.

The Postal Service wants all employees and contractors with an ACE workstation to set up three password recovery security questions in eAccess.

Follow these steps to set up your security questions:

• Log into eAccess with your ACE ID and password.

• Select the “My Profile” tab.

• Select the “Password Recovery Settings” button and choose your questions and responses. Select responses you will remember.

ACE computer users who haven’t set up eAccess password recovery questions will have to contact the IT Service Desk or their managers for password reset support if they are locked out of their accounts.
