Postal Service employees can participate in an upcoming webinar to learn about the stages of pregnancy, as well as prenatal and postpartum care.
The session, “Your Pregnancy Journey: Stay Healthy Every Step of the Way,” will be held Wednesday, June 29, at 2 p.m. Eastern.
Taylor Dirks, a nurse consultant with BlueCross Blue Shield, will review the stages of pregnancy and highlight ways to support your health during each of them.
Participants must register before the event on the webcast website. After signing up, directions for accessing the webinar will be emailed to each registrant.
Following the event, the webcast will be available for on-demand access to review at your convenience.
Participation is voluntary. Nonexempt employees may only participate off the clock or during authorized breaks.
