Boughs of Holly

Templates available for holiday messages

The elves from this year’s Holiday Elves stamps can be used a Zoom background.

Employees inspired to spread cheer or a seasonal boost to colleagues need not look further.

The Postal Service’s holiday team has created Hollygrams for sending greetings to co-workers and a variety of festive Zoom backgrounds to use as an approved backdrop in your next meeting.

Hollygrams feature Holly, the USPS Operation Santa elf, and are available in six templates that employees can use to send messages of appreciation to each other.

The Zoom backgrounds feature this year’s Holiday Elves, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa stamps.

Both the Hollygrams and the Zoom backgrounds can be downloaded from Blue. Go to the Postal Communicator’s Toolbox, find the “2022 Holiday Information” heading and select “Hollygrams” and “Zoom backgrounds.”

Well-wishers will find instructions for opening the Hollygram Word templates, writing a message and pasting it into the body of an email.

Hollygrams can also be saved and emailed as attachments. You can also print the messages and mail them to your co-workers to share seasonal greetings.
