• $10 Floral Geometry, Feb. 24, San Diego; no ceremony
• Patriotic Block, March 1, Liberty, NY; no ceremony
• Toni Morrison, March 7, Princeton, NJ
• Railroad Stations, March 9, Cincinnati
• Art of the Skateboard, March 24, Phoenix
• Tulip Blossoms, April 5, Woodburn, OR
• Roy Lichtenstein, April 24, New York
• Tomie dePaola, May 5, Manchester, NH
• Chief Standing Bear, May 12, Lincoln, NE
• Endangered Species, May 19, Wall, SD
USPS announced the bulk of its 2023 stamp program in October, with additions announced in December.
