Buffalo, NY, Letter Carrier Alex Dailey was on his route recently when an unleashed dog attacked a nearby delivery person from another shipping company.
Dailey grabbed his dog spray, exited his vehicle and sprayed the dog. After the dog ran away, he continued on his route.
The next day the delivery person, who knew Dailey is hearing impaired, flagged down one of Dailey’s co-workers to let him know of Dailey’s actions and also asked the co-worker to convey his gratitude.
