Paul Felger, a letter carrier in Princeton, WV, was recently delivering mail when he came upon a customer who was in medical distress.
Felger immediately called 911 for the man, who thought he was having a heart attack, and comforted him until emergency responders arrived.
The customer was hospitalized for treatment of a ministroke.
He is recovering from the incident.
