Brooklyn Center, MN, Letter Carrier David Ketter was on his route when he saw a woman fall as she crossed the street. Ketter stayed with the injured woman until she was taken to a hospital and treated for a broken hip. She later sent a letter to the Postmaster thanking Ketter “for getting me the emergency treatment I needed.”
