Oldsmar, FL, Postmaster Douglas Pollard was driving recently when he encountered an accident involving a rural carrier. The carrier’s LLV rolled over after being struck by a vehicle that ran a red light. Pollard stopped and helped the injured carrier, who was secured in the driver’s seat by a safety belt. Pollard kept the employee calm until help arrived.
