Akron, OH, Letter Carrier Dustin DeCastro was delivering mail recently when he saw a man lying on the ground. The man had fallen and hit his head on concrete while trying to get into his truck.
DeCastro helped the man to his feet and walked him home. DeCastro stayed with the man while he called a relative for assistance.
