Cedar Rapids, IA, Letter Carrier Heather Ulch was delivering mail recently when she heard someone inside a house calling for help. Ulch entered and found a woman lying on the floor. She had fallen and injured her leg and arm. Ulch called 911 and stayed with the woman until emergency responders arrived and took her to a hospital.
