Chicago Letter Carrier Kareem Armstead was delivering mail when a distraught woman ran out of a house and said her baby had stopped breathing. Armstead went inside and performed CPR on the infant, who began breathing after a few minutes. Emergency responders arrived and took the 7-month-old to a hospital, where doctors praised Armstead’s quick response.
