Bloomington, MN, Letter Carrier Kenneth Wehr was on his route when he came upon a woman who had fallen and injured her head. Wehr helped her home and encouraged her to call her daughter before continuing on his route. He returned to check on the woman and learned the daughter took her to a hospital. The daughter later called the Post Office to thank Wehr.
