Buffalo, NY, Letter Carrier Kevin Lindamer encountered a customer in distress while delivering mail recently. The customer had passed out, so Lindamer called 911 and stayed on the scene until emergency responders arrived. A police officer later called Lindamer to let him know that the customer was hospitalized but expected to make a full recovery.
