Riviera Beach, FL, City Carrier Assistant Michael Hill was recently making deliveries when he grew concerned about a customer whose mail was piling up and whose car apparently hadn’t been moved in several days.
Hill asked police to check on the man, who was found in dire need of medical attention after suffering a heart attack.
The customer was hospitalized for a month.
His daughter later visited the Riviera Beach Post Office to say her father was doing well and they both appreciated Hill’s actions.
