Robert Williams, a maintenance operations supervisor at the Harrisburg, PA, Processing and Distribution Center, was at home recently when a neighbor came to his door, urgently seeking medical assistance for her husband.
Williams rushed to the couple’s residence, where he found the man unresponsive on a couch. He immediately called 911, moved the man to the floor and started CPR.
Emergency responders soon arrived and took over, but they could not revive the man.
Williams remained on the scene to comfort the distraught woman and help her contact family members to inform them of the death.
