Do you know which USPS executives are moving up in the organization?

Here’s a look at some recent changes in the Postal Service’s leadership ranks:

Kellie M. Amundson, Minnesota-North Dakota District’s Post Office operations manager, received a special assignment reporting to Central Area Vice President Elvin Mercado.

 Patricia A. Becker, the Tallahasse, FL, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager, was named the Philadelphia Network Distribution Center’s acting plant manager.

Michael A. Billingsley, retail and delivery transformation director at USPS headquarters in Washington, DC, completed the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan Fellows Master of Business Administration Program.

 Angela L. Bye, Colorado-Wyoming District’s operations program support manager, was named acting San Jose, CA, Postmaster.

 Kelly J. Chaney was named Southern Area’s finance and budget executive manager in Plano, TX. She previously served as the area’s budget manager.

 Jeff A. Drake, the Kansas City, MO, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager, was named the Kansas City, MO, Post Office’s acting officer in charge. Kelly D. Hardinger, the Kansas City Processing and Distribution Center’s in-plant support manager, was named acting plant manager.

 Eric D. Gilbert, the Riverside, CA, customer services manager, was named acting San Diego Postmaster.

 Jason L. McCurry was named commercial air logistics manager at headquarters. He previously served as commercial air networks manager.

 Michael A. Milligan was named strategic business and financial planning director at headquarters. He previously served as business planning and analysis manager.

 Ernest A. Onody was named inventory scheduling and workhour efficiencies manager at headquarters. He previously served as operational applications manager.

 Kenneth A. Richardson Jr. was named field budget manager at headquarters. He previously served as Capital Metro Area budget manager.

 Diane Smith was named commercial product payment and policy director at headquarters. She previously served as mail preparation and payment manager.

 Richard B. Sowdon III was named capital investments and business analysis director at headquarters. He previously served as business evaluation manager.

 Lindsey C. Taylor was named industry engagement and outreach manager at headquarters. She previously served as customer outreach manager.

 Curtis C. Whiteman was named field budget senior director at headquarters. He previously served as field budget manager.

 Randy L. Workman was named product acceptance and support senior director at headquarters. He previously served as commercial acceptance director.
