Do you know which USPS executives are moving up in the organization?

Here’s a look at some recent changes in the Postal Service leadership ranks:

• Randy M. Elsen, the Minneapolis Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager, was named the Minneapolis-St. Paul Network Distribution Center’s acting plant manager. Robert M. Walker, the Champaign, IL, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager, was named the Minneapolis Processing and Distribution Center’s acting plant manager.

• Jeffrey A. Hotchkiss was named the Memphis, TN, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. He previously served as a senior distribution operations manager at the Columbus, OH, Processing and Distribution Center.

• Chicago Postmaster Jewel Morrow was named Illinois 1 District’s acting manager.

• Buffalo, NY, Postmaster Roselle M. Murrell was named North Carolina District manager.

• San Francisco Postmaster Avinesh D. Kumar was named Georgia District’s acting manager.
