Here’s a look at some recent changes in the Postal Service leadership ranks:

• Spring, TX, Postmaster Antonio Gracia was named Puerto Rico District’s acting manager.

• Las Vegas Postmaster Donald D. Kravos was named Washington District’s acting manager.

• Veeramany “Sthan” Sthanumurthy, pricing and costing strategy support director, retired May 31 after 13 years with USPS.
