Here’s a look at some recent changes in the USPS leadership ranks:
• Jewelyn Harrington, continuous improvement manager at Postal Service headquarters in Washington, DC, was named operational excellence senior director.
• Abigail “Abby” Martin, human resources integration and support manager at headquarters, was named acting logistics and processing integration and support manager.
• Jack Meyer, accounting services manager at headquarters, announced he will retire March 5 after 29 years with USPS. Carol Ruszala, the San Mateo, CA, Accounting Service Center’s acting manager, will fill his role on an acting basis.
• Brad Pafford, revenue and volume reporting manager at headquarters, announced he will retire in the spring after a 30-year postal career. Fiona Machado, revenue compliance and planning manager, will fill his role on an acting basis.
