Here’s a look at some recent changes in the Postal Service leadership ranks:
• Kimberly A. Calderon was named the San Antonio Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. She previously served as distribution operations senior manager.
• Cathrinamar C. Dagdagan was named the San Jose, CA, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. She previously served as the former Bay-Valley District’s finance manager.
• Len DeLeon was named the Seattle Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. He previously served as distribution operations lead senior manager.
• Michael D. Dornbusch, the Minneapolis-St. Paul Network Distribution Center’s manager, was named the St. Paul, MN, Processing and Distribution Center’s acting plant manager. Gregory J. Tate, the Minneapolis Processing and Distribution Center’s distribution operations manager, was named the Minneapolis-St. Paul center’s acting manager.
• Mohamed M. Elsayed was named the Wichita, KS, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. He previously served as the Grand Island, NE, Processing and Distribution Facility’s mail processing operations manager.
• Lawrence W. Engler was named the Santa Clarita, CA, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. He previously served as the Santa Barbara, CA, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager.
• Jemal D. Jones, the Philadelphia Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager, was named the Pittsburgh Processing and Distribution Center’s acting plant manager. Roslyn Y. Bowens, the South Jersey Processing and Distribution Center’s senior plant manager, was named Philadelphia’s acting plant manager, while Jerry R. Fillman, the South Jersey center’s in-plant support manager, was named South Jersey’s acting plant manager.
• Renee E. Jones-Chaney was named the Sacramento, CA, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. She previously served as the Tucson, AZ, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager.
