• Daniel M. Reyes III was named Oklahoma City postmaster. He previously served as El Paso, TX, postmaster.
• Corey D. Richards was named South Carolina District manager. He previously served as Houston postmaster.
• John W. Sandness, Idaho-Montana-Oregon District’s consumer and industry contact manager, received the Chief FOIA Officer’s Award for his efforts to help USPS respond to Freedom of Information Act requests.
