Here’s a look at some recent changes in the Postal Service’s leadership ranks:

Michael O. Behrend has completed an assignment as the acting Kansas City, MO, Postmaster and resumed his duties as the Des Moines, IA, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager.

Memphis, TN, Postmaster Reginald Capers retired April 30 after 40 years with USPS. Nashville Postmaster Lisa Rogers is serving as acting officer in charge in Memphis.

Columbus, OH, Postmaster Jennifer Goldstein was named acting Post Office operations director at USPS headquarters in Washington, DC.

Maryland District Manager Darryl Martin retired April 30 after a 34-year postal career. Baltimore Postmaster Le Gretta Ross-Rawlins was named acting district manager.

Richard Reedy, Baltimore District’s Post Office operations manager, was named acting customer service operations specialist at headquarters.

Yvonne Yoerger, communications content and strategy manager at headquarters, was named acting employee communications and content management manager.
