Postal Pulse survey can help, leaders say

Employees can show their postal pride by completing the survey, USPS leaders say.

Since the #PostalProud initiative began last year, employees have embraced the effort to promote core principles like delivering excellent service.

USPS leaders say there’s another way employees can foster postal pride — by completing the Postal Pulse survey.

“The #PostalProud initiative and Postal Pulse survey share common principles,” said Chief Human Resources Officer Jeff Williamson. “Both efforts focus on creating workplace environments of which we can all be proud.”

The survey, which is now underway, allows employees to share candid observations about USPS workplaces.

“We’re striving to create an organization of engaged employees who are enthusiastic, involved and committed to their work. The feedback we receive through the Postal Pulse survey helps us reach that goal,” Williamson said.

The survey has 13 questions and takes about 3-5 minutes to complete.

Bargaining employees received the survey at their home address, while non-bargaining employees received the survey via email.

The deadline to complete the survey is Friday, March 11.

“We want every employee in this organization to feel postal proud,” Williamson said. “Taking the Postal Pulse survey is one step in that direction.”
